FALL ON STICK

CHILD'S THROAT PIERCED [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] WHANGAR'EI. Friday While playing near her home to-day, Doris Posa, aged two years, whose parents reside at Maunu Road, Wliangarei, fell on a sharp stick. The point pierced her throat to a depth of about two inches. She was taken to the Whangarei Hospital and an operation will be performed to-morrow. Her condition this evening is satisfactory.
