CATHOLIC DANCE

FUNCTION AT BIRKENHEAD A dance, organised by Mrs. Clive Sampson, Miss Zelma Sampson and Miss Monica Healev, in aid of St. Mary s Roman Catholic Church at Northcote, was held in the Victoria Hall at Birkenhead last evening. The function was largely attended and was most enjoyable. The Rev. Father ,1. T. Taylor was among those present. The floor arrangements were in charge of Mr. Clive Sampson. An exhibition dance was given by Miss King and Mr. I). Spratt, of Auckland.
