ARGENTINA'S MOTTO
RECIPROCAL TRADE EQUAL IMPORTS AND EXPORTS (Received November 12, 5.5 p.m.) BUEN'OS AIRES, Nov. 11 It is announced that all Argentine import and export business will in future be carried out under strict Government licence, according to the motto " Buy from those who buy from us." Exports to any country and imports from it must exactly balance according to the decree. American business men admit that they will be the hardest hit. Many are likely to be forced out of business.
