SCHOOLBOY'S LEG BROKEN [bv TELEGRAPH—OWN" correspondent] WHAKATANE, Saturday A member of the Whakatane District High School team, George Rogers, son of Mr. C. Rogers, of Taneatua, received a broken leg to-day when playing against Poroporo for the Wilson Cup. Rogers was .tackled while running with the bali, his leg coming into contact with that of another player. It was broken just below the knee. The injured boy was taken to the Whakatane Hospital.
