APPLICATION ADJOURNED In tho Appeal Court in Wellington last week Lady Hunter applied for an adjournment of her application for con-, ditional leave to appeal to tho Privy Council in connection with tho Hunter estate until March next. $ Mr; H. H. Cornish, who appeared : : for the trustees in the estate, said his • instructions were that the case should ; ho disposed of, but ho did not think ' in any event, judging from tho fixtures ! lhade by the Court, that the case could ! possibly bo reached at the present sittings of the Court of Appeal. The Court granted Lady Hunter's application for an adjournment until March. '
