DEATH FOLLOWS INJURY
[BV TELEGRAJPH—rRESS association] ASHBURTON. Friday The death occurred in tho Ashburton Hospital this morning of John McPherson, aged 52 v the farm labourer who fell from the running board of a car at Methven last Saturday. He died without regaining consciousness. Mr. McPherson was being given a lift from the racecourse to the township when he fell and fractured hia skull. He had no known relatives..
