ROTARIAN CONGRESS
OPENING AT LAUSANNE LAUSANNE, Aug. 28 Thirty-one nations are represented at thc t International Congress of Botarians, which opened to-day. It is expected to last for several weeks. Discussions at the conference will include Europe's share in the economic reorganisation of the world.
