PROPOSAL FOR VISIT [BY TELEGRAPH —FRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday j It was informally intimated at a meeting of tho New Zealand Rowing Council this evening that tho Now South Wales Association might be favourably disposed toward an invitation for a visit to New Zealand by its eightoar crew and sculling champion during tho forthcoming season. Members of the council were unanimous that such a visit was desirable, and it was decided to circularise local associations informing them of the position.
