Aug. 21 Although the Italian Foreign Office states that no further revelations can be made at present about the conversations between the Italian Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, and tho Austrian Chancellor, Dr. Dollfuss, it is learned reliably that the Dnce again made "friendly representations" to Berlin during the week-end about tho Nazis' anti-Austrian propaganda. A message from Paris says the riddle of the "conversations perplexes Franco , intensely.
