Following is the draw for the second round: Edwards v. Kurney, Vinall v. Howe, Sax by v. Heywood, Fraer v. Andrews, Burton v. Jackson, Tibbitts v. Booth, Watson v. Patersou, Clark v. Tattersall, Roland a bye. The first player mentioned has the move. I In the junior championship, the -results so far in the first round are: Bould beat Musgrave, E. G. Bailey beat Jenkins, Dixon beat Evans. The draw for the 'second round is as follows:—W. Heley v. E. G. Bailey, H. Helev v. Martin, Bould v. Lenihan, Blencowe v. Musgrave, L. Bailey v. Mulligan, Evans v. Shaw, Rowley v. Dixon, Jenkins a bye.
