Airmen visited and bombed various parts of the city. Other airmen flew over Tangshan. where there are important Britishowned mines, and dropped handbills. They did not bomb this place. SLAIN BY BANDITS FOUR VICTIMS AT HARBIN TOIvIO, April 18 Three masked bandits on Sunday held up the Harbin railway office and stole a large sum of money. They killed two policemen and two women,, and then escaped in a motor-car.
