_ASHDOWN. —On April 6. at Auckland Hospital, Martha (Norrie), widow of the late Sydney John, and beloved mother of Noreen, Gordoa and Selwyn. Late address. 75 Tui Road, Point Chevalier; aged 49 years.

Pengelly, Margaref Apn &03ali.e (Annie), relict of the late John Cantwell, Richardson Rd., Mt. Roskill, late oil Henderson and Avondale, in her 76th year. Funeral notice later. No flowers.

CAREY.—On April 6, 1933, at her residence, Wairua, Waiheke Island, Elizabeth Caiey; in her 79th year.

Funeral will take place at Waiheke Island at 11 a.m. to-day (Saturday). No launch leaving

CHRISTIE.—On April 6, at Hamilton, Dae Crone, beloved wife of Arnold Christie, of 23 Claude Street, Claude.lands; aged 23 years. LITTLE. —On April 7, at Auckland Hospital, James Grey, dearly-beloved husband of Lillian May Little; aged 54 years. Funeral will leave bis late residence, 83 Great South Road, to-morrow (Sunday), at 2 p.m., for Waikumete Cemetery. MONTFORD.—On April 7, at Auckland, Sarah Jane, dearly-beloved wife of William Montford.

Funeral will leave Presbyterian Church, Ngaruawahia, at 11 o'clock to-day (Saturday).

MULVANY.—On April 7, at 4 Cowie Road, Parnell, Kate, fifth daughter of the late Thomas and Ellen Mulvany; aged 75 years.—R.l.P.
