EYES TO BLAME
Children of school age do not usually complain of bodily ailments. They rarely, fpr instance, make headaches an excuse for avoiding unpleasant tasks. For this reason it Ts as well to take their symptoms seriously.
Headaches are uncommon in the young, except. in cases of eyestrain. Thoy are practically never caused by over-study unless too much work has prevented the child from taking his normal amount of exercise.
This seldom occurs, for at school regular rest or playtime periods are the rule.
Short sight, long sight and astigmatism are the chief causes of children's headaches. If your child complains ho ihould be taken to an oculist. If the 6yes are at fault suitable glasses will banish the pain in a very short time.
