4! ARRIVAL FROM ENGLAND
SUCCESS OF NEW ZEALANDER

WELLINGTON, Thursday
Eight leading dirt-track riders, including W. Kilmistcr, Wellington, and Erio Langton, world's champion, arrived in New Zealand by the Rangitane from London to-day. The party includes six English riders, of whom all except one has represented England several times during (lie season just ended. These six riders left for Auckland this evening. Kilmister .Jias been riding for the Wembley Club team and secured second place on points in his team in the various matches held this year. He also won the West England championship, and was awarded the BrookfSnds Gold Star, having done 100 miles an hour on the Brooklands track. Another New Zealander to refill#- was Charjie Blackford, who has been riding for Stamford Bridge.
The Englislj riders are Erie Gregory, of Belle Yue, Manchester, "Nobby" Key, of Crystal Palace, Eric Langton, of Bello Vue, W. Phillips, of Stamford Bridge, " Tiger " Stevenson, of West Ham, and Bay Tauser, of Wimbledon. Mr. F. Langton, senr., who is accompanying the party, said that speedway racing had been immensely popular this year in England.
