YOUTHFUL AIRMAN
FLIGHT FROM CAPETOWN
REACHES SOUTHERN FRANCE

The young airman Victor Smith, who, after being missing for some days, now is continuing his flight from Capetown to England, left Oran before daybreak. Soon after noon he landed at Perpignan in the Pyrenees.
Later the Air Ministry received news that he had reached Avignon, South France.
