INTRODUCTION OF BILL

CANBERRA, Nov. 24

Tho Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, to-day introduced the Financial Relief Bill in the House of Representatives. The measure provides for £1.700,000 taxation relief, £2,000.000 to aid wheat growers, £250,000 for other farmers, and £400,0(30 in pension relief. Tho Leader of tho Opposition, Mr. .1. A. Sculliu, said his party would support (he proposals to remove anomalies from tho Pensions Act, but would oppose reductions in laud and income tax.
