The hitest phase of the terrorism in India is attacks on individuals who are suspected of informing tho police of the movements of revolutionaries. Four cases occurred in tho past few days in Bengal, Bihar and Orissa.
Tho victims wero all shot on lonely roads, two of them fatally.
