Entries, whith close November 30th, should be marked "Essay Competition," and left at any Self Help Store or addressed to Box 125, G.P.0., Wellington. No. 2 Competition A PRIZE OF FIVE POUNDS (£5) will be awarded to the person who sends in the twenty (20) best reasons "WHY THE PEOPLE SHOULD SUPPORT SELF HELP CO-OP." This competition is open to anyone, young or old. Handwriting and correct English will not be taken into consideration. Therefore the humblest or the most highly educated in the land have an equal chance. Short reasons are preferred. For the purpose of this competition there will be separate prizes of Five Pounds for the residents of each of the following districts:— 1. AUCKLAND. 2. WAIKATO. 3. WELLINGTON PROVINCE. 4. NELSON, MARLBOROUGH, AND WESTLAND. 5. CANTERBURY. 6. OTAGO. 7. SOUTHLAND. THUS, A TOTAL OF £35 WILL BE GIVEN IN PRIZES. All entries should bear the name, address, and province of the competitor, and may be left at any SELF HELP STORE, or posted direct to SELF HELP CO-OP., P.O. BOX 125, WELLINGTON.
