A charge of being found at night, without lawful excuse, in the possession of housebreaking implements was preferred in the Police Court yesterday against three men arrested by Constable I'arrow n Newton at 2 a.m. Ihe accused were Ernest John Brasting, labourer aged 35 Stanley Smith, labourer, aged 26, and a youth aged 18, whose name was ordered to At e the of Dctective-Sergeant Kelly a remand until December 1 was whiirwas alleged to have been nulen in the sum of £2O was granted in the case of the youth..
