ALLEGATIONS OF THEFT

CLOTHING VALUED AT £llO MAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL [nr TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WANGANUI, Thursday In the Magistrate's Court at Marton today before justices, V. J. Jamieson, aged 37, was charged with the theft of clothing valued at £llO, the property of C. M. Ross and Company, Limited, Palmerston North, and of benzine valued at £4 4s 6d, the property of M. V. Atkinson. Tho thefts were alleged to have taken place in Marton somo time 115x0, tho clothing being in a car which had been left standing outside a hotel. On both charges accused pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supremo Court for trial.
