In a will discovered in an old skirt left under her bed, Miss Mary Fitzpatrick, an Irishwoman, aged 72, left Mr. de Valera property worth £4OOO. It was disclosed at the inquest into her death at Brighton that her brother, her sole surviving relative, is contesting the will and that an action is pending between him and Mr. de Valera.
