THE MONTEREY The Oceanic Company's liner Monterey left San Francisco on Thursday and was to clear Los Angeles tho following day for Honolulu. Pago Pago, Suva, Auckland. Sydney and Melbourne. She is due at Auckland on December 5. THE OLIVEBANK The Bank Line motor-ehip Olivebank, which arrived from Java on Friday night, berthed at Chelsea on Saturday morning to unload her cargo of 7800 tons of raw sugar. The vessel sailed from Sourabaya on October 31 and experienced an uneventful voyage. MARIPOSA DUE TO-MORROW Tho Oceanic Company's liner Mariposa left Sydney for Los Angeles and Sa.i Francisco, via Auckland, Suva, Pago Pago and Honolulu, at mid-day on Saturday. The vessel is scheduled to reach Auckland at 10 o'clock to-morrow morning and to resume her voyage at five o'clock to-morrow evening. HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS The Northern Company advises that tho Rangitoto is scheduled to sail for Great Barrier at 8 a.m. on December 24, and on each Thursday following. The Taniwha will be despatched for Coromandel at 10 ■a.m. on December 24, and the Rangitoto will leave for Thames at 11.30 p.m. the same day. THE PORT WHANGAREI The Northern Company advises that the Port Whangarei is duo from Southern ports to-morrow morning. After unloading at King's Wharf the vessel will sail later in the day for Whangarei to complete discharge. She is scheduled to leave Whangarei on Wednesday and Auckland at five o'clock on Thursday evening for Wellington. Picton, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. ORIENT LINERS' PORT OF CALL A call will be made at Palma, on the west coast of Majorca Island, in the Mediterranean, by the Orient liners Orama. Oronsay, Otranto and Orontes, sailing from Sydney for London on December 24. January 7, March 1 and March 15, respectively. The outward-bound Orient liners sailing from London for Australia between January and March will also call at Palma. KAREPO'S ITINERARY The Karepo was removed from Chelsea to King's Wharf on Saturday morning to continue unloading coal. Sho will be removed to Western Wharf to-day to complete discharge. and to undergo overhaul and survey. The vessel is to Gail at the end of thi3 month for Melbourne and Adelaide, via Greymouth. She is scheduled to load at Edithburg and Adelaide about December 19 and 20. at Melbourne, December 24. and at Hobart about December 29 for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton, Wellington and Auckland. WARSHIPS' MOVEMENTS* H.M.S. Diomede is scheduled to return from her cruise in the South next Thursday, and H.M.S. Dunedin, wheh is also in the South, will return to Auckland on December 9. H.M.S. Veronica and H.M.S. Laburnum are to sail for the Hauraki Gulf on December 5 to carry out gunnery exercises. The Laburnum will -return to port on December 17, and she will leave for a. cruise to Southern ports on January 17. The Veronica may leave for South' from the Hauraki Gulf without returning to Auckland after the gunnery exercises have been completed.
