thousand dismissals (Received November 21, 12.35 a.m.) MOSCOW, Nov. 20 The reduction of the Government's staff has faced 1000 employees with the necessity of going afield to seek work. It is suspected that the order is part of a programme to overcome the shortage of labour on farms and in factories.
