BEQUESTS TO CHARITY
SIR C. SKERRETT'S WILL
The late Sir Charles Skerrett by his will set aside a portion of his estate with directions to the trustees to invest same and to apply the income to such educational charities in New Zealand as they might think fit, subject to certain directions determined. The trustees have made the following half-yearly allocation of income :
Jubilee Institute for the Blind, Wellington Free Kindergarten Association, Salvation Army, Anglican Boys' Home (Lower Hutt), St. Mary's Home (Karori), Seatoun Boys' Preparatory College, Upper Hutt Girls' Convent, Palmerston North Convent", Marist Brothers' Primary School (Wellington), St. Anne's Primary School, each £10; Hastings Convent, £25; Napier Convent, £25.
