STRUCK BY MOTOR-CYCLE

MR. D. S. REID SLIGHTLY HURT

WELLINGTON, Sunday

Painful injuries were received by Mr. D. S. Reid, M.P. for Raglan, when he was knocked down by a motor-cycle in Willis Street late this afternoon. Mr. Reid. was removed in an ambulance to his Wellington residence in Sydney Street West.

A medical examination showed that no bones were broken. Mr. Reid suffored abrasions to the face.

Dazed by the collision, Mr. Reid was unable to give an account of the accident, but it is anticipated that ho will be able to -resume his Parliamentary duties after a few days' rest.
