Sir, —In reply to "Interested" in your issue of Thursday, November 10, a safe price to give for land on present prices of produce is as follows: —£3s for every dairy cow carried, and from £1 to £1 10s for each sheep. Thus an area of just over 100 acres, carrying 66 cows and 100 sheep, would be worth at tho present time approximately £2410. G. Barber.
