BEQUESTS TO CHURCH
CATHOLIC ORGANISATIONS DUNEDIN DISTRICT BENEFITS [by telegraph—press association] DUNEDIN, Friday Substantial bequests to "the Roman Catholic Church are made under the will of the late Annie Harrington, whose estate has been sworn at, £14,000. The bequests are for many Catholic organisations in the Dunedin district, except for £SOO for the Order of the Sisters of Lewisham. Sydney. A sum of £IOOO goes to the Holy Cross College, Mosgiel, for Ihe provision of a Harrington bursary for"4sxucation for the priesthood.
After certain personal legacies, and subject to several life interests, the residue is bequeathed to the Dunedin Bisljop for the benefit of the Church.
