ARGENTINA SUFFERING WHEAT AND MEAT DOWN (Received November 1, 6.5 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, Oct. 31 Wheat prices in Argentina have reached the lowest level for 70 years. The grain is celling at 40 cents a bushel. Cither commodities, including beef, are greatly depressed. Young steers sold today at cents a lb.—the lowest price in the history of the local packing industry. The prevailing uncertainty about the Otuwa agreements is regarded as partiall;' responsive for the declining pi ices.
