ROTORUA CLUB'S OPENING [BY TELEGIIAI'H —OWN CORRESPONDENT] ROTOIiUA. Tuesday The opening of the Rotorua Ladies' Croquet C'lub'e season was held to-day in the Government gardens in perfect weather. There was a large nttendanco of members and visiting players. The president, Mrs. "W. H. Speer, welcomed the visitors, and expressed pleasure that the South Auckland Association's tournament would be held next February lit, Rotorua. She then declared the lawns open for play.
