ELECTION OF MEMBERS Only'one vote separated the candidates for tho. position of producers' representative for Auckland and Tarannki on the New Zealand Fruit Export Control Board, accord'ng to official figures published in the Gazette. The successful candidate, Mr. IT. S. Izard, polled 67 votes, and Mr, F. Firth, 66. In the election for the Canterbury, Nelson and Marlborough representative, Mr. David Haining was successful with 148 votes, >yh!le Mr. J. L. Brown polled 55.
