COAL FOR CANADA
CONCESSION TO WALES DUTY AGAINST UNITED STATES OTTAWA, Sept. 1 It is understood that the duty on United States' coal will ho increased from 40 to 60 qents. This will benefit the Welsh product under the treaty made at the Ottawa Conference.
