TOO HUNGRY
Upset;; in digestion are common when vou are away from home. Change of air, change of wafer, different, or rather, indifferent, cooking often lead to stomach trouble. The bowels cease to function properly, flatulence is common, fullness follows each meal, and " heartburn " sometimes occurs. * These symptoms may be brought on by indiscretions of diet, it is as well to remember, and by eating too much because of an increased appetite. This kind of bowel indigestion is best treated with a mercury pill at bedtime. A Seidlitz powder in the morning is an additional help. Cut down your meals, which should be simple ones, and don I have anything to eat between times.
