Minced ham and scrambled and minced ham on toast are known to most people. /Here is a variation on the minced ham theine. Mine© the meat finely. Add some chopped gherkins and just as suspicion of mustard-pickle and a tiny pinch of castor sugar to it. > Have ready some toast about one-eighth of an inch" thick. This should not be chippy nor yet soft. Spread the hot mixture on one slice of the unbuttered toast. Cover with another slice. Cut into four conveniently-sized pieces and serve hot.
