[from our own correspondent] / TAURANGA, Friday A decision to form a Ratepayers and Residents' Association was reached at a public meeting last evening, and a committee was appointed to attend to preliminaries and report to a further meeting to /be held on September 13. Mr. G. H. Ollard was appointed secretary pro tem.
