ORDERED TO RETURN
WIFE'S PETITION GRANTED A decree for the restitution of conjugal rights was sought in the Supreme Court yesterday by Pearl Maria Matthews against Garnet Strafford Matthews. Tho case was heard by Mr. Justice llerdman. The petitioner stated that she was married in New South Wales in 1914 and there were two children. Her husband was now iin Wellington and persistently declined to return to her, saying it was quite impossible that they could live happily together. A decree was issued ordering the respondent to return to the petitioner within 14 'days*-
