FIVE PETITIONS GRANTED DECREE NISI IN EACH CASE Five divorce decrees to become effective after three months were granted by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supremo Court yesterday. In each case the wife was the petitioner. Evidence of her husband's misconduct with another woman was given by Isabel Gordon, who sought dissolution of her marriage with Reginald Charles Gordon. They were married in 1926, and had three children. A decree nisi was issued. The petition of Margaret Montgomerie, who alleged adultery against her husband, Stanley Roy jMontgoineric, had been partly heard a fortnight ago. Evidenco was given by a woman who stated that the respondent had been Jiving for some time with her daughter as man and wife. The petition was granted. Separation under a deed since! March, 1927, was the ground of the petitior of Fanny Elizabeth Townshend, for dissolution of her marriage with George Fervors Vere Townshend. The marriage took place in November, 1921, and there was, one child. His Honor granted the petition. On the ground of the existence of a deed of separation since February, 1922, Edna Florence Elizabeth Amoore sought divorce from Edward George Amoore, to whom she was married in April, 1916. His Honor issued a decreo nisi. Irene Nettie Langridge obtained a decree nisi against Herbert Edward Langridge on the ground of their separation by deed since May, 1929. They were married in June, 1923, and had two children.
