AMERICAN PARTICIPATION British Wireless RUGBY, .Aug. 3 In connection with the United States Government's acceptance of an invitation to participate in the forthcoming World Economic Conference, it will now appoint a representative on tho committee to discuss the preliminary organisation of the conference, and also one economic . and one financial expert to the committee of experts who will prepare tho ground for tho conference.
