Kalingo I? . at Newcastle from Wellington on Friday to load fo r Napier and Gisborne.

The. Kartigi is to leave Groymouth for Sydney toward the end of this week. From Sydney she will proceed to Newcastle to load for Wellington.

The Kaimiro is expected to reach New 1 iymouth from Newcastle to morrow. The vessel has a coal cargo for discharge at New Plymouth and Wellington.

Ihe Karepo is expected to sail for Bluff Greymouth, Melbourno and Adelaide this evening She will be removed from Chelsea to King s Wharf at seven o'clock this morning. COMORIN AT FREMANTLE. The P. and O. liner Comorin arrived at l* remantle from London yesterday. The \ essel is scheduled to reach Sydney next week. TANKER THELMA DOCKED. ' The Norwegian tanker Tholma was docked at Wellington on Monday for cleaning, painting and survey. She was to undock yesterday, and is expected to sail for Balik Papan to-day. RANGITANE AT LONDON. The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor-liner Rangitane arrived at London from Wellington on Monday. Sho sailed from Wellington on June 14. THE TANKER PLUME. After unloading bulk petrol from San Francisco at Western Wharf tho Vacuum Oil Company's tanker Plume is to sail for Brisbane and Townsvillo this morning to complete discharge. ZEALANDIC FOR LONDON. Having completed loading in New Zealand the Shaw, Savill and Albion motorship Zoalandio is to eail for London, via Las Palmas, at seven o'clock this morning. THE PORT DUNEDIN. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor-ship Port Dunedin. which left Wellington for London, via Dakar, on June 9, is reported to have reached London on Monday. KARETU FROM TONGA. The Karetu was due from Fiji and Nukualofa at six o'clock this morning, but further wireless advice from the vessel states that she is being delayed by bad weather and her time of arrival is uncertain. She will berth at Prince's Wharf. CARGO FROM THE EAST. The Union Company's Indian trader Narbada will leavo Calcutta early in August for Penang. Singapore and Samarang to complete loading Eastern produce for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin and Bluff. TRANSFERS OF CAPTAINS. Captain S. Hewitt is to transfer from the Ivarepo to the Kairanga; Captain W. A. Gray will transfer from the Kairanga to the Komata, and Captain J. Rankine will transfer from tho Komata to the Karepo. RANGITATA CLEARED PANAMA. Advice has been received by the local office of the Now Zealand Shipping Company that the motor-liner Rangitata cleared Panama on July 15 in continuation of her voyage, from London to Wellington and Auckland. She is scheduled to reach Wellington on August 4. . x MAUNGANUI AT SYDNEY. The Maunganui arrived at Sydney from Wellington at 6.45 o'clock yesterday morning. She is to sail on Friday on her return trip to Wellington and Auckland. Tho vessel is due at Wellington next Tuesday and at Auckland the following Thursday. From Auckland she will proceed to Sydney direct. NAVIGATION WARNING. The Marine Department advises that the master of the Kaitoke reports having passed a large dead whale at 2.15 o'clock last Sunday afternoon in Cook Strait in_ latitude 41 degrees 20 minutes south, lomntudo 174 degrees 38 minutes east. The whale was 1} miles off land halfway between Ivarori Rock and Terawhiti. It may prove a danger to small craft. THE CITY OF CANTON. No wireless advice had been received yesterday from the A. and A. Line's chartered steamer City of Canton, which is expected shortly from Galveston and New York. The vessel has cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington. Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia. The New Zealand Shipping Company are the local agents. THE KAIRANGA. The Kairanga arrived from Geelong yesterday morning and berthed at Queen's Wharf to unload her cargo of 4000 tons of wheat. The vessel sailed from Geelong on July 9 and experienced continuous southeast winds and rough beam sens until reaching the New Zealand coast, when the wind increased to gale force, accompanied by rough head seas. The stormy conditions delayed the vessel's arrival and continued almost to port. TAMAROA DELAYED BY STORM. Stormy weather is delaying the Shaw. Savill and Albion liner Tamaroa, which was due at Wellington from London at daybreak to-day. Further wireless advico.states that she now expects to arrive tonight or early to-morrow morning. To continue loading for London, Avonmouth. Liverpool and Glasgow, the Federal Line steamer Westmoreland was to leavo New Plymouth for Opua, and Auckland at midnight last night. The vessel is due at Auckland about the end of this week. Her other loading ports are Gisborne, Napier and Wellington. She is scheduled to clear Wellington for London, via Montevideo and Dakar, on August 6. - THE ZEALANDIA. A boisterous trip from Sydney was experienced by the Huddart-Parker steamer Zealandia. which arrived from Sydney yesterday afternoon. Strong east-south-east winds, which sho encountered after leaving Sydney, increased to gale force when she was approaching the Three Kings, and the stormy conditions continued until she leached the shelter of the Hauraki Gulf. Tho vessel is at Queen's Wharf, and iB to sail on her return trip to Sydney at three o'clock on Friday afternoon. Caotain W. J. Wyllie has resumed command after holiday leave, and Mr. R.
