UNEMPLOYED RELIEF.
PROPOSED CONFERENCE. COMMITTEE OF INQUIRY. SYDNEY. March IS. The Premier of New South Wales, Mr. Lang, has received a letter from the Prime Minister, Mr. Lyons, inviting the New South Wales Government's concurrence in a proposal to hold a conference at Melbourne on April 12 to discuss unemployment problems. Mr. Lyons said a special committee would be appointed immediately to make suggestions afid recommendations. A meeting of the Loan Council would be called for the same date.
