PROVISIONS OF NEW BILL. GENERAL APPLICATION LIKELY. [by telegraph.—special reporter.] "WELLINGTON, Monday. It is the Prime Minister's expectation that the Mortgagors Relief Amendment Bill will be introduced.in the House of Representatives this week. It was intimated at the opening of the session that experience had shown that provisions of existing legislation were inadequate to cope with present conditions and that last year's Act would accordingly be extended. It is unofficially understood that the prospective legislation will be general in its application and not confined to the farming community.
