Borough Council held on Monday, February 15. 1932, the following Resolution, intended to act as a Special Older, was paesed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held on WEDNESDAY. March 16, 1032, at 7 p.m., in the Council "Chamber, Lake Road, Takapuna:— RESOLUTION. " That this Special Meeting of the Takapuna Borough Council, called in pursuance of ' The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,' hereby approves and adopts By-law No. 19." The object of By-law No. 19 is to make provision for a uniform minimum charge of £1 43 per year for water, payable in advance on the first day of April in each year: any excess over the minimum charge shall be payable upon the expiration of each year ending as aforesaid. A copy of the proposed By-law is deposited at the Council Office, Lake Road, Tnknpiuia, and will be open for inspection during office hours from this date until the said 16th March. 1932.
