No details have been received in Auckland of the proposed transtasman which, it was reported from Wellington, was to be made for the purpose of bringing motion picture films of the opening of the Sydney Harbour Bridge on March. 19 to New Zealand. It was stated in a message from Wellington that th» flight would be made by a three-engmed monoplane similar to the Southern Cross. No notification of the proposal has been received at the Hobsonville air base or by the Auckland Aero Club. The secretary of the Aero Club, Mr. L. W. Swan, ha 3 been in communication with film agents in Auckland, but has not been able to obtain any definite information, and i n " tends to approach Sydney aero clubs and aviation authorities by cablegram to-day.
