REFUSE AT ROTHESAY BAY.
Sir, May I ask if it is the case that a refuse dump is being prepared on the most beautiful site overlooking Rothesay Bay, on the North Shore. As a resident I should be relieved to know such a rumour to be unfounded. Summer cottages are grouped all round, and licensed dairies, which supply summer residents, aro in close proximity. A Resident.
