36 POUND FISH TAKEN. There is a good run of salmon in the Rangitata River just now, and it was reported a few days ago that there were 25 anglers fishing the mouth at daybreak that morning. Several fish averaging 151b. or 161b. were caught;, Mr. Frank Ryan landing some nice fish. Mr. N. Ilosken landed a 361b. fish on the previous day.
