SIMILARITY OF INJURIES.

CHILDREN IN HOSPITAL. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WHANGAREI, Sunday. Two patients suffering from similar injuries were admitted to the Whangarei District Hospital over the weekend. Both received fractures of both bones of tho right fore-arm. A fall from a motor-truck was responsible for the injury to Ivelston McPherson, aged two and a-half years. Tho child, ;i son of Mr. and Mrs. J. li. McPherson, was in a satisfactory condition this evening. The second patient was an 11-year-old boy, Charles Edward Forbes, of Third Avenue, Whangarei. He was injured when he fell while playing yesterday, doubling his right arm beneath his body.
