Sir, —-If "Oca of the Confused" would only obey the by-law and keep to the left there would be bo confosajn- He says that when the role was "keep to the right" walking was a simple matter. Well, I beg to differ, for when we had the right-hand rule, yoa would always find people walking on the wrong side. Not Cojefgseb.
