PARADISE FOR MEN.
" The Sweet Young Thing" tripped into a hairdresser's shop at Weston-super-Maro, Somersetshire, and romoved her hat, letting Inose a cascade of golden curls. " A trim, I think," she murmured. " I think not," said the malo assistant, coldly, " this establishment is for gentlemen only!" A correspondent says: —"And that, strange though it seems in theso days, is an actual incident in this town, where an enterprising businoss man has opened a hairdressing shop which bears the notice: For Gentlemen Only. It has found ready patrons in the strong, silent men who love to be fussed over in quiet. The snip-snip of the scissors, the rasp of razors, and the gruff voices of the men rise into the haze of tobacco smoke. What a paradise! A bachelor patron said: " I hopo tho movement will be taken up elsewhoro; it is just what we men waut."
