RACING MOTORIST'S TROUT.

A VISIT TO ROTORUA. Prior to his world speed record attempts on the Ninety Mile Beach the noted Australian motorist Mr. Norman Smith had his first experience of trout fishing at Rotorua this week. In company with Mr. V. R. Meredith, of Auckland, Mr. Smith enjoyed some excellent sport, one of his fish turning the scale at just over BH>. Mr. Smith will leave for the beach on Saturday and will meet his racing car on its arrival at Awanui. The car will be conveyed to the beach bv lorry.
