MOTOR-CARS COLLIDE.

ESCAPE OF OCCUPANTS. Two motor-cars were extensively damaged in a collision at the Royal Oak corner shortly after 6.30 on Saturday evening, but the drivers and passengers escaped injury. One car, which was driven by Mr. R. McGregor, of Kingsland, was travelling out of Mount Albert Road, while the other vehicle, which was driven by Mr. A. Horspool, of Grango Road, Mount Eden, was proceeding out of Auckland Road toward the city. One front, wheel of Mr. McGregor's car was torn off, while the running-board and a portion of th embody work of Mr. Horspool's ear were considerably damaged.
