Phillip Jame3 Mond, aged 42, and Victor Cunningham were arrested late this evening on a charge of cdhspiracy, after a long interrogation concerning the affairs of the Ocean Investment Trustees, Limited, and the Britannia Bank, Limited. The police believe that Mond originally came from Auckland, The Britannia Bank and the other ventures have been the subject of wide discussion among bankers in Sydney and abroad.
